It depends on the guy... If a body builder does all that he will just look vain, if a skinny guy who's into saving the environment does that he will look gay, or if a regular college guy does that, he'll just look metrosexual. I think it's kind of weird for them to go tanning and get pedicures, but manicures would be alright and waxing would be amazing in some places.
Tanning beds are stupid. Skin cancer, hello!


Mani/pedis are wonderful, and guys should enjoy them just as much as girls. I bet a girl would love going to the spa with her boyfriend!

Edit: Well maybe not all of that. I know he goes to the tanning bed all the time...I'm sure he'd get a mani/pedi if he could.
I actually like a well groomed guy. But if they go too over board...its a major turn off.
