Are french tip manicures trashy?

i haven't had one since my senior prom, but my boyfriend and i are going on vacation, and he likes them. i dont' get manicures anymore b/c i own a cafe and they would just get ruined. so i figured, now's the time to get one. so, are they 90's thing?Are french tip manicures trashy?
hope not as my nails are so hard the tips are white naturally.

no i think they are still in style. the ones i think are trashy are when the white tip is a different color like a red or something. i dont think it looks good. but white tip i think is classy!

no they are really nice they are a classic style and i don't think that they will ever go out of style (that is unless your nails are 3 inches long...that was a 90's thing that rightfully ended quickly)

my mom always said they were trashy though becasue she says prostitutes would paint the tips of their nails white kind of like a french tip to hide the dirt they got under their nails whle walking the streets, so she ruined them for me kinda

In my opinion french manicures are one of the classiest choices you can choose. They are clean not overbearing with color and all around the best choice in my opinion.
