yes, just make sure its in a good place that is well-ventilated, and if the kid is under the age of 8, that is when I think it becomes a bad idea. But I had my first pedicure when I was 9 at a salon.


Another idea would just be to paint your kids finger nails at home, and you can even look up recipes for at home natural nail polish, so thats always a fun projectAre manicures and pedicures okay for kids under 13?
absolutely. though i just had my first mani/pedi done last week, and i'm 20! haha.





it's quite expensive, though, and the manicures only last a few days.





if she wants the spa experience- i'd recommend going for the pedicure. mine's lasted 3 weeks, and i thought it felt much nicer than the manicure!
I would not recommend pedicures, because they scrub their feet. This will cause them to have dry, cracked, and worn-out feet sooner. And nobody likes that. Pedicures should be for adults with foot aches, or bad feet.
i dont see why not, all it is, is cream used, nothing harmful, to be on the safe side, i would recommend not getting their cuticle cut just pushed back, to prevent them gettin cutt, other then that, its very relaxing!!!!!
Yes, especially for weddings, but it shouldn't get to the point that they expect it on a daily/weekly basis. But I also think that it's not necessary below the age of 8.

As long as they don't get nicked. That can open up to infection. You know how kids are about washing their hands....not enough. I think a 13 year old would think a manicure is cool!
i think its fine. but if your under 10 i dont think you should get fake nails.


but painted is fine for all ages.
i dont recomend it because it makes them want to look older and act older and it might make their minds more like sponges and do what older people would do
i wouldnt get them a manicure/pedicure..they dont need one..





just get their nails painted..its cheaper...they dont need their cuticles cut or nails filed..just painted...
